This textbook is also accompanied by online instructor resources available free to qualifying adopters. The resources include chapter-by-chapter lecture slides and an interactive chapter-by-chapter multiple-choice question test bank.
Our online resources are hosted on Moodle, an eLearning platform developed collaboratively by schools and universities across the world which has now become an 'industry standard' for eLearning.
