Featured Review: Integral Urbanism

Even four years after it's publication, Integral Urbanism by Nan Ellin continues to receive critical and academic acclaim. The progressive urban theory book has just been reviewed in the March 2010 issue of the Journal of the American Planning Association. Read the review here.

Nan Ellin is currently working on a new book for Routledge called The Urban Instict, (avaiable in 2011) that will focus on urban design theories, practices, and methods. After holding a position as a professor of Architecture at Arizona State University, Ellin is now moving on to the University of Utah to assume the position of Professor and Chair of the Planning Department.
