  2. Translingual Practice wins the MLA Mina P. Shaughnessy Prize

    Congratulations to Suresh Canagarajah, whose book Translingual Practice: Global Englishes and Cosmopolitan Relations received the Modern Language Association's Thirty-Third Mina P. Shaughnessy Prize! According to the association, the prize is awarded to qualifying outstanding works in language, culture, literature, or literacy with emphasis in the teaching of English.
