The Interviews
Interviews with 12 leading American theater designers, many of whom have produced work internationally-in Canada, Russia, Japan, South Africa, Australia, Italy, France, Belgium, and the UK. The chapters, each devoted to a single designer, are arranged chronologically by dates of professional career. This organization allows readers to follow the development of theater design from the 1950s. Each chapter will include biographical information about the designer, along with sketches and photos of their work.
