Dr. Maggie Daniels is an Associate Professor at George Mason University. Maggie has conducted extensive research and fieldwork in the areas of event management, wedding planning, tourism policy and destination promotion as pertaining to local economic development. She partners with agencies in the Washington DC metropolitan area to assist them with event and tourism implementation and evaluation. Dr. Daniels is a prolific researcher and has a combination of over fifty published papers, book chapters, professional presentations and technical reports to her credit.
Carrie Loveless is a creative event planner with many years of experience to draw on. She has staged events domestically and internationally and can gracefully manage parties of twenty to five thousand. Ms. Loveless has planned social events for every occasion from weddings to Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and everything in between.
