Routledge Studies in Education Reform

Series Editor: Pak Tee Ng, Andy Hargreaves

This book series is devoted to the discussion of education reform and the policy, implementation and challenges that such reform entails. In countries around the world today – from the Canada, the United States and United Kingdom in the west, to China, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore in the east – education ministries and departments are implementing reforms of various scales, and scholars are engaged in consultancy and research that reveal diverse effects and recommendations. This series will provide a forum for such research and enable researchers, policy makers and educational leaders to engage in the on-going discussion of education reforms and the issues related to their implementation, policy implications and key challenges faced on the ground.
