Missing Print Issues of Psychology Press Journals
My print copy of a journal has not arrived. Who do I contact?
If you have not received a print issue of a journal you have subscribed to you must claim for a missing issue within six months of publication of that issue, contacting us at tf.enquiries@informa.com.
Please include the full title of the Journal you are missing, the year, volume and issue number. Also your full name, address and Customer Account/Order Number.
For Society members please contact tf.societies@informa.com. You must claim for a missing issue within six months of publication of that issue.
Please include the full title of the Journal you are missing, the year, volume and issue number as well as the delivery name, address and account/order number if applicable.
