New Textbooks Publishing in February

Modern Law of Contract

Routledge Law is delighted to be publishing new editions of some key textbooks in the fields of contract and company law in February. The tenth edition of Richard Stone's textbook The Modern Law of Contract will publish in February. This new edition features a revised companion website that presents chapter-by-chapter Multiple-Choice Questions; a Flashcard glossary; contract law skills advice; PowerPoint slides of the diagrams within the book; and sample essay questions.

Bourne on Company Law by Nicholas Bourne will publish into a sixth edition in February. For the first time this textbook will be supported by a companion website offering self-test questions, a useful glossary and annotated web links.

A new edition in the Unlocking series, Unlocking Company Law by Sue McLaughlin will also publish in a second edition. Fully updated to include all new cases, this new edition contains new material on rescuing troubled companies and takeovers.
