Guardianship/Conservatorship Issues for Individuals with Neuropsychological Disorders

Individuals with the most significant neuropsychological disorders may need others to assume legal responsibility for different aspects of their life (e.g., finances, health care decisions, etc.). In order to facilitate this process, it is important to provide information about guardianship/conservatorship, as well as the steps necessary to obtain them. Following is a general recommendation to address these issues.
