Psychology: An International Perspective is enhanced by a wealth of unique multimedia supplementary materials, provided free of charge to qualifying adopters of the text and their students. These have been organised into the following packages:
Student Resources
The Student Resources are now available to adopters of Psychology: An International Perspective. Visit http://www.psypress.co.uk/pip/resources/ to login or to find out more.
Student Learning Program
These resources include a unique Student Learning Program which condenses each chapter from Psychology: An International Perspective into a concise summary version, providing an effective set of revision notes enhanced by embedded interactive resources.
Supplementary Chapters
Any introductory textbook inevitably has to be selective, but we recognise that different departments favour different specialised topics. This unique section allows us to include multimedia coverage of topics that do not feature in the printed textbook itself. Each chapter, in PDF format, is professionally edited and typeset, with all the pedagogical features found in the printed book chapters.
The supplementary chapters are only available to adopters of Psychology: An International Perspective.
Instructor Resources
CD-ROM
The CD-ROM for lecturers includes:
- An extensive pre-configured testbank with 880 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) for tutors to administer in class under test conditions. Questions are designed to encourage students to use knowledge, insight, and application rather than learning the material by rote. sample screen shot 5 | sample screen shot 6
- An MCQ test creator which allows lecturers to specify and modify test construction.
- A full PowerPoint lecture course based on each chapter, including chapter headings, summaries, key term definitions and figures from the book.
